Refund Policy

We want you to love every AMPD product. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@drinkampd.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscription Orders

Because each monthly box is custom-built to your flavor selections and shipped on a fixed schedule, we do not accept returns on subscription orders that have already been shipped. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Bundle or promotional items marked as final sale

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
